Down GAA u20 team

❤️🖤We were delighted to take some time out of class and exams today, to celebrate the success of the winning Official Down GAA u20 team, inspiring the next generations of Abbey boys.

The Ulster Champions reflected on their time at Abbey CBS and encouraged our young people to be committed in everything they undertake in life and to never give up.

Hard work does pay off.
📸We even managed to locate a photo of some of them when they were in Year 8.

Thank you to Past Pupils, Ryan Magill, Odhran Murdock, Patrick McCarthy, Finn Murdock, along with our current pupil, Eoin Loughran for giving of their time today.

Unfortunately, our other Past Pupils, Niall Toner, Zach Murdock, Fiachra McEvoy, Jamie Doran, along with current pupil Jamie Powell, couldn’t make it.

We wish them every success in the future.
