1️⃣ Congratulations to Oisin Quinn, Yr11, who has been selected for the Northern Ireland U15 Basketball Academy team. What a fantastic achievement! Hard work pays off! 🏀

2️⃣ Josh Hurley Yr 10, has been selected to represent Ireland at the under 14 Inter-regional championships in Walsall, England on the 26th & 27th November. He is one of 13 boys to be selected from teams across the country and the only one from Newry & Mourne Swimming & Water Polo club. This is his first time representing Ireland and he is delighted to be part of the Irish National water polo team. We are delighted for him. 🤽‍♂️

3️⃣ On Tuesday 25th October, Lorcan Mc Clean, Year 11, took part in the ‘World of Work at McLaren Automotive’ workshop at their technology centre in Woking outside London. This was a great insight into the everyday goings-on at one of the top creators of luxury, high performance supercars.
Lorcan’s cousin, James Morgan, is a project manager within McLaren & nominated Lorcan to attend. He was one of 30 other teenagers. What a fantastic experience for Lorcan 🏎🏁
