Silver Medal for Dara

Congratulations to Dara Quinn (Yr.8) for winning a Silver Medal in the 50m Backstroke race at the Irish Schools’ Competition held in the NAC Dublin last month. This was a fantastic result as schools were represented from all over Ireland. Dara’s commitment to training is highly commendable with sessions everyday – he has to wake up at 3.15am for the 5am sessions in Lisburn!
