MUSIC SUCCESS AND ACHIEVEMENTS

The traditional group recently performed in Newry Feis and in a close competition were placed 2nd

A number of pupils also placed in individual competitions including Stephen Savage (2nd) Ze hang Cheung (2nd) and Aodh MacMurchaidh (1st and 3rd as well as most promising fiddle ).

The trad group consisted of Conor Murphy, Ethan Voo, Gilby Leyden Hughes, Stephen Savage, Ze hang Cheung, Cormac White, Ronan and Niall Carragher, Aodh MacMurchaidh, Andrew Magennis, Odhran Graham, Conor Corrigan, Mark Beattie and Conor Cooper.

Oisín Bradley, 14KC, has achieved a Diploma with distinction from the London College of Music in Musical Performance on the Concertina (Irish Traditional). Well done, Oisín
