AWARE NI Breathe Mindfulness Course

The programme consisted of 4 sessions that explored how our breath can help manage stress and worry, practical strategies for coping with worries at bedtime and supporting overall wellbeing.

Pupils received certificates to recognise their participation and completion of the course. A special well done to all for their excellent engagement and commitment throughout the programme.
